These Terms of Service govern your use of the EonVPN application and website. By downloading or using EonVPN you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Eligibility: EonVPN is available to users aged 16 and over. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Permitted use: You may use EonVPN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use EonVPN to access, store or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
Prohibited activities: You must not use EonVPN to engage in any form of hacking, phishing, spamming, DDoS attacks, or any other malicious activity. You must not use EonVPN to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination.
Bandwidth sharing: The EonVPN free service is funded by an optional bandwidth-sharing programme. By installing EonVPN you may be asked to consent to sharing a small portion of your unused internet bandwidth. This is entirely optional and can be disabled in the app settings at any time.
Intellectual property: EonVPN and all associated software, trademarks, logos and content are the property of EonVPN and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties: EonVPN is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EonVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
